PERSOL is seeking a visionary and strategic Enterprise Data Strategy Manager to define and lead our enterprise data strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning data initiatives with high-level organizational priorities, ensuring that our data assets drive tangible business value. You will act as a key thought leader, bridging the gap between technical data capabilities and business objectives to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
As the manager, you will oversee the development of a comprehensive data strategy that encompasses governance, architecture, and analytics. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of data standards and best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the enterprise data strategy and long-term roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the establishment of robust data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Drive the digital transformation agenda by championing data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of new data technologies and platforms to enhance data accessibility and usability.
- Mentor and guide data teams to ensure best practices in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Measure and report on the impact of data strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data strategy, data management, or a related managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), data architecture principles, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
