We are seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our team in Ermita, Metro Manila. As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be the primary executive point of contact for your assigned portfolio. You will deeply understand each client's unique business objectives and challenges, positioning Converge's world-class ICT solutions—including high-speed fiber broadband, corporate VPN, data center services, and cloud solutions—to solve critical business needs. This role goes beyond traditional sales. As a trusted advisor, you will orchestrate internal resources, navigate complex B2B environments, lead multimillion-peso contract negotiations, and craft customized proposals that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize account penetration for a designated portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting C-level and executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling of Converge's full suite of ICT products and services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, RFPs, and pricing strategies to secure profitable, long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution for enterprise clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights and drive service innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management regularly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales within the telecommunications, IT, or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing high-value contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of fiber broadband, VPN, SD-WAN, data center, cloud, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data to drive decisions.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ermita, Metro Manila, and travel to client sites as needed.
