Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. As a key player in our technology division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust enterprise-grade network architectures that support our diverse client base across Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues to ensure maximum uptime for mission-critical services.
- Implement security measures such as VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation to safeguard enterprise data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning initiatives.
- Manage network documentation, including topology diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated network incidents and perform post-mortem analysis.
- Conduct network audits to identify potential risks and propose infrastructure improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Enterprise Network Engineer role.
- Proven expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet networking hardware.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall management (Fortigate/Palo Alto preferred).
- CCNP or higher industry certification (CCIE, JNCIP) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English (professional proficiency).
