Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy scalable enterprise WIFI solutions to support diverse Agency office requirements.
- Conduct site surveys, RF analysis, and capacity planning to ensure optimal signal coverage and performance.
- Monitor network health and troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including WPA3, 802.1X, and RADIUS authentication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate WIFI infrastructure with existing LAN and WAN architectures.
- Oversee firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of wireless controllers and access points.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Evaluate emerging networking technologies to improve network efficiency and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in enterprise-level wireless network engineering.
- Professional certification (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of WIFI standards (802.11ax/ac), roaming protocols, and RF management.
- Hands-on experience with leading enterprise wireless vendors such as Cisco (Catalyst/Meraki), Aruba, or Fortinet.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Ekahau, Wireshark, SolarWinds).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
