- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients to drive revenue growth and retention
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities in Metro Manila and key regional markets
- Act as primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing needs and ensuring service excellence
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and contract negotiations
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on account health and pipeline progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or relationship management, preferably in telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex enterprise contracts
- Deep understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and analytical tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a results-driven culture
