Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for Arupa Cloud Nusantara's solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new enterprise-level business opportunities within key industries in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored cloud and IT infrastructure solutions that address specific client challenges.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven enterprise sales experience, specifically in B2B sales of cloud services, IT infrastructure, or complex technology solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Strong existing network within the Indonesian enterprise market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
