UiPath is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our growth initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing complex enterprise-level relationships, and driving revenue growth for our industry-leading RPA and AI platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that empower financial institutions to streamline operations and enhance digital transformation.

In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the banking and insurance landscape to articulate the value of automation, overcoming objections and guiding clients through their digital journey. You will have the autonomy to manage your pipeline while benefiting from a strong brand reputation and a world-class support network. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing complex enterprise deals within the BFSI sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and key decision-makers in banking and insurance.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with technical presales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on UiPath’s RPA capabilities and industry-specific use cases.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the RPA landscape, digital transformation trends, and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
