Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within the BFSI vertical.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders in banking and insurance companies.
- Develop deep market knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging financial trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Marketing) to create compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically targeting the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of RPA, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
