You will leverage the power of UiPath’s leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform to solve complex business challenges for top-tier financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth within the BFSI vertical.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders in banking and insurance companies.
  • Develop deep market knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging financial trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Marketing) to create compelling value propositions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically targeting the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of RPA, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
