- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICT solutions market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to target high-potential enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Present and pitch ICT solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the ICT or Software industry.
- Demonstrated experience in hunting for new clients and managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
