Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and acquire new enterprise clients within the ICT sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Analyze client business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose customized ICT solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the ICT, IT Infrastructure, or Managed Services industry.
- Strong track record of hunting and closing high-value deals with a focus on long-term growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or digital transformation trends.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management tools.
