Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new logo acquisition by identifying and qualifying high-potential enterprise prospects within the local market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Anchanto's SaaS capabilities to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or E-commerce technology sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrable history of closing large deals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex buying cycles.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage pipeline data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
