Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Banking & Financial Services vertical
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients within banking institutions
- Lead full-cycle sales from qualification to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key banking stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions to client requirements
- Track sales metrics and forecast pipeline accurately
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years enterprise sales experience with banking/financial services clients
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (minimum 3 years)
- Deep understanding of banking technology landscape and pain points
- Strong negotiation skills with contract value > $500K
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Technical aptitude for complex software solutions
