Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Indonesia's banking and financial services sector
- Build and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders at financial institutions
- Present and demonstrate technology solutions aligned with clients' business objectives
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding $1M
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key financial institution clients
- Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to leadership
- Stay current on industry regulations and technology trends affecting financial services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in banking/financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of banking technology ecosystems (core systems, payments, security)
- Expertise in solution selling and complex deal negotiation
- Strong network of contacts within Indonesia's financial institutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
