Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Indonesia's banking and financial services sector
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with C-level stakeholders at financial institutions
  • Present and demonstrate technology solutions aligned with clients' business objectives
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding $1M
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key financial institution clients
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to leadership
  • Stay current on industry regulations and technology trends affecting financial services

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in banking/financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in regulated industries
  • Deep understanding of banking technology ecosystems (core systems, payments, security)
  • Expertise in solution selling and complex deal negotiation
  • Strong network of contacts within Indonesia's financial institutions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales methodologies
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
