Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Provide technical insight and demonstrate the value proposition of our software solutions, specifically regarding cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor enterprise solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and technological shifts to maintain a strong strategic position.
- Maintain high-level CRM data integrity and provide accurate sales forecasting to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience, specifically within an enterprise software/B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in selling enterprise-grade solutions, with specific experience involving Citrix and VMware environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a high-performance team culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value-based outcomes for clients.
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, long-cycle B2B deals.
