We are seeking an experienced HealthShare Architect to join PERSOL's dynamic team in a contract capacity. You will lead the strategic design and implementation of InterSystems HealthShare Integration Engine (HIE) solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and interoperable healthcare data exchange. This role requires deep technical expertise to establish enterprise-wide integration standards, guide development teams on best practices, and drive innovation in health information exchange. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and optimize existing systems for performance and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with business acumen to deliver solutions that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Lead design and implementation of InterSystems HealthShare HIE architectures
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data integrations across healthcare systems
- Establish enterprise-wide technical standards for interoperability and data exchange
- Mentor and guide development teams on integration best practices and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and solution scope
- Monitor system performance and optimize integration solutions
- Stay current with healthcare IT trends, regulations (HL7, FHIR), and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Solution Architect with HealthShare or similar integration platforms
- Expertise in designing secure, scalable healthcare data integration solutions
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE)
- Certification in InterSystems HealthShare or comparable integration technologies
- Proven track record of guiding technical teams on interoperability projects
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
