In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our Kuala Lumpur and London operations, providing high-level technical oversight and guidance during US business hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM MYT).
You will work at the cutting edge of Enterprise Technologies, focusing on cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and M365 environments. This is not just a management role; it is a hands-on position where you will mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex escalations, and ensure our clients receive world-class service 24/7. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support and system engineers during the night shift.
- Provide expert-level support for Azure and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Oversee security incident response and compliance monitoring protocols.
- Collaborate with the London-based team to ensure seamless service delivery and ticket handovers.
- Manage technical escalations and drive resolution for complex enterprise infrastructure issues.
- Maintain high service levels and performance metrics (KPIs) for the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous training to team members.
- Document technical processes and knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Managed Services.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, preferably in a shift-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure, M365, and enterprise-grade security tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud configurations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Ability to thrive working a US-aligned night shift schedule (8pm - 5am).
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and service management practices.
