Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end ticketing fulfillment for entertainment events in Malaysia, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners to enhance service integration and user experience.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align on event execution and user journey.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalated inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for ticketing workflows.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present insights to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, ticketing, customer service, or event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Mandarin is advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM and ticketing systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysia entertainment industry is a plus.
