Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various HVAC equipment and components.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to refrigeration, air handling units, and control systems under supervision.
- Support senior engineers in the execution of projects, system commissioning, and performance testing.
- Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and practical skills in ACMV/HVAC technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Technology, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.
- Entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- A strong foundational understanding of mechanical principles or a genuine eagerness to learn about ACMV/HVAC systems.
- Proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
- Capable of committing to a 5.5-day work week in the East/Central Region of Singapore.
