Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of semiconductor components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Operate assembly machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in a cleanroom environment.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of assembly logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and improve process workflows.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety, health, and environmental protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical fields.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (attire provided).
- Comfortable working on rotating shifts or fixed shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork spirit.
- Basic computer literacy for system inputs.
