Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential customers via phone to promote and sell company products/services.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer objections with professionalism.
- Document sales interactions and customer details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine sales scripts and strategies for the pioneer campaign.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in regular team huddles and performance coaching sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with prior customer service/sales experience.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a focus on results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as required.
