Tanggung Jawab
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently using problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve service quality.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor's degree holder (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented call center environment.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, MS Office applications).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
- Must be willing to work in shifts if required.
