Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing accurate, timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure high service levels.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share insights and improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
