Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line desktop support including hardware/software troubleshooting and user account management
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Manage user identity administration processes including account creation, modification, and deactivation
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and inventory of IT assets
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security implementations
- Deliver user training on new software and IT systems
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues appropriately
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive technical training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
