Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers and technical leads in analyzing data and solving complex problems.
- Conduct research and gather technical information for ongoing projects and documentation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot basic technical equipment, software systems, and hardware components.
- Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities.
- Support quality assurance processes by testing systems and identifying potential errors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (Fresh graduates welcomed).
- Strong understanding of basic engineering concepts, mathematics, and logical reasoning.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
