Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone and email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Navigate multiple internal reservation systems to accurately document guest details and preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to the Team Leader to meet daily KPIs and quality standards.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and creative problem-solving.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall travel experience of our customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, travel policies, and brand standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to entry-level candidates; no prior experience required, though customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
