Tanggung Jawab
- Regularly visit assigned retail outlets, stores, and establishments within Las Piñas City to foster strong client relationships.
- Proactively present and promote the full range of Coca-Cola products to existing and potential customers.
- Efficiently secure and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product quantities and timely delivery coordination.
- Implement merchandising standards and ensure proper product display and visibility in stores.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales volume.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports, detailing calls made, orders taken, and market observations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a definite advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong desire to learn about sales, customer service, and the FMCG industry.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and resilient to challenges.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Las Piñas City and surrounding areas.
- Basic understanding of sales principles or customer service experience is a plus.
