Tanggung Jawab
- Operate specialized manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and alignment of precision semiconductor tools and components.
- Conduct regular quality checks and visual inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure zero-defect standards.
- Assist engineering teams in performing basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on production lines.
- Maintain neat and accurate production documentation, run sheets, and material tracking logs.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, workplace safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent fields).
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing standard cleanroom protective gear (bunny suit).
- Willingness to work shift hours (e.g., 12-hour shifts or rotational patterns) is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity, close attention to detail, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
