Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding retail products, services, and promotions.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and efficient service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
- Customer-focused with a strong desire to assist and resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfortable with typing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- No prior BPO experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Metro Manila.
