Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our comprehensive range of IT solutions and products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market feedback and insights to management to help refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 0-1 year of sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Willingness to learn about IT products and solutions.
- Must be willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Metro Manila.
