Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to provide friendly and professional product consultations.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed daily and monthly store targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Participate in regular team briefings to align on promotional activities and sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude with a strong drive to hit sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a professional presentation.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and inventory tracking.
