Are you a driven engineering graduate eager to launch your career in technical sales? Our client, a market leader in industrial equipment and pumping solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Singapore's Central Region.

Our client is a well-established industry leader with over 30 years of experience supplying high-quality fluid handling solutions across Southeast Asia. As a Sales Engineer, you will undergo a structured 6-month onboarding program designed to accelerate your technical and commercial competence.

You will receive comprehensive training on our client's extensive range of pumps and mechanical/electrical systems. You will learn how various pump types—centrifugal, diaphragm, and progressive cavity—are applied to solve real-world fluid handling challenges in critical industries like water treatment, oil & gas, and manufacturing. You will develop expertise in system design, pressure calculations, and flow optimization.

Your primary focus will be supporting senior sales managers in managing strategic key accounts. You will conduct site surveys, assess operational needs, and collaborate with the engineering team to propose customized solutions. Success in this role requires a consultative approach—you will become a trusted partner providing lifecycle support from initial specification through to after-sales service.

This position exposes you to a wide array of industrial sectors including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, marine, and infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to existing and potential clients regarding pumps and industrial systems.
  • Assist in managing and growing key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and propose suitable engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized system solutions for complex industrial applications.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, tenders, and technical proposals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the region.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in technical sales and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage for site visits.
