No Experience? No Problem! Full training is provided by our client, ensuring you have the knowledge and support needed to succeed. You will work alongside highly skilled engineers and technicians in a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility. As a Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring production targets are met with the highest quality standards.
Shift Work: This role offers flexibility with AM, PM, and Night Shift options. Shift allowances are provided, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and machinery metrics, reporting any anomalies or deviations to senior engineers.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cleanroom protocols.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of manufactured components using precision tools.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities and production output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to upgrade technical knowledge and skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant semiconductor or manufacturing experience will have an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing full cleanroom attire (bunny suit).
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts (AM/PM/Night) including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict SOPs.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written) for reporting and communication.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
