Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Adhere to company protocols and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Filipino
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including willingness to work night shifts
