Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily seafreight and airfreight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and Customs invoices.
- Liaise effectively with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Track shipment statuses and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Maintain and update inventory records and shipment logs accurately within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in the optimization of logistics workflows to improve overall efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in logistics is a plus, but fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
