Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental management plans aligned with corporate sustainability goals
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and risk analyses for new projects
- Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations (ISO 14001, etc.)
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for stakeholders
- Lead environmental initiatives including waste reduction, pollution control, and resource optimization
- Coordinate with government agencies during permit applications and environmental audits
- Mentor junior staff on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental planning or industrial sustainability
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and international standards
- Certification in environmental management systems (ISO 14001) preferred
- Proficiency in environmental assessment tools and data analysis software
- Experience with environmental reporting and compliance documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
