Mineral Alam Abadi Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Environment Foreman to lead environmental management initiatives at our Morowali site. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our operations comply with rigorous environmental regulations while minimizing our ecological footprint in one of Indonesia's most dynamic industrial hubs.
As an Environment Foreman, you will provide on-the-ground leadership, supervising daily environmental monitoring activities, waste management protocols, and reclamation projects. We are looking for a proactive leader who can translate complex environmental policies into actionable tasks for our field teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily environmental monitoring activities including water quality sampling, air emission testing, and soil analysis.
- Supervise field teams to ensure strict compliance with company environmental policies and government regulations.
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal processes in accordance with environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential environmental hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports on environmental performance metrics to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate environmental impact assessments and reclamation programs.
- Provide technical training to operational staff regarding best practices for environmental stewardship and spill response protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an environmental role within the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (AMDAL, KLHK standards) and ISO 14001 certification requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a field-based technical team in remote or industrial locations.
- Proficiency in environmental reporting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah on a contract basis.
