Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting regular safety audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Support the EHS team in maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
- Review and organize Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
- Conduct basic safety training sessions and orientations for new hires to foster a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and report on key Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) KPIs and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to workplace safety.
- Participate in emergency response drills and support safety committee meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic EHS principles, workplace safety regulations, and OSHA/ISO standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and capability for thorough data analysis and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the EHS field.
