Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and environmental compliance inspections
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to implement corrective actions
- Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels
- Manage hazardous materials handling, waste disposal, and emergency response protocols
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operational processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in electronics manufacturing or heavy industry
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g., CSP, CHMM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental and occupational safety regulations
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse employee groups
- Proficient in EHS software and reporting systems
