Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive EHS management systems compliant with Malaysian OSHA and food industry regulations
- Lead workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard mitigation initiatives
- Oversee food safety protocols including HACCP implementation and quality control procedures
- Manage incident investigation, reporting, and corrective action implementation
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Ensure environmental compliance through waste management and pollution control monitoring
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety into operational processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' EHS management experience in manufacturing or food processing
- Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or Malaysian DOSH certification)
- Deep understanding of Malaysian environmental regulations and food safety standards
- Proven experience developing and implementing EHS management systems
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in EHS software and regulatory compliance tracking tools
