As the Environment, Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive EHS programs that ensure compliance with local and international regulations. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential hazards, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety awareness across all departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and standards in the Philippines
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and training
- Provide EHS training to employees at all levels to promote safety awareness
- Manage environmental initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs
- Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare regulatory reports as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in healthcare or service industry
- Certification in EHS (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, CSP, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to train and influence others
- Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in EHS software and reporting tools
