Join SGMW Motor Indonesia as a visionary Environment Lead Engineer (HSSE) and drive sustainable transformation in our automotive manufacturing operations. This pivotal leadership role empowers you to spearhead environmental compliance initiatives, develop robust ISO management systems, and implement innovative waste reduction strategies across our state-of-the-art facility in Cikarang Pusat. You will champion sustainability programs that align with global environmental standards while ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence. As a key member of our HSSE team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to embed environmental stewardship into every production cycle, reducing our ecological footprint while maintaining efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental management systems aligned with ISO 14001 standards
- Lead compliance monitoring for environmental regulations (air/water emissions, waste management)
- Design and execute waste reduction programs and circular economy initiatives
- Oversee environmental risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate sustainability reporting and stakeholder communications
- Train engineering teams on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in environmental engineering leadership
- ISO 14001 auditor certification required
- Proven expertise in automotive industry environmental regulations
- Advanced knowledge of waste management and sustainability frameworks
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
