Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and impact assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Manage waste management systems and promote recycling and sustainable resource usage.
- Coordinate with government bodies and external agencies regarding environmental reporting and permits.
- Develop and implement green initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
- Prepare detailed environmental reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Train staff on environmental safety protocols and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an environmental officer or compliance role, preferably in the Mining, Natural Resources, or Energy sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis software and environmental management systems (EMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
