Join Mineral Alam Abadi Group as a key environmental steward in our mining operations. We seek a dedicated Environment Supervisor to lead our sustainability initiatives in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. This critical role requires expertise in environmental engineering within the mining sector, where you'll ensure regulatory compliance while developing innovative solutions to minimize ecological impact. You'll be instrumental in implementing environmental management systems, conducting impact assessments, and fostering a culture of sustainability across our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee environmental compliance monitoring and reporting for mining operations
- Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) and sustainability programs
- Conduct regular environmental audits and impact assessments
- Coordinate waste management, water treatment, and pollution control initiatives
- Lead environmental incident response and mitigation procedures
- Train staff on environmental regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with government agencies on environmental permits and compliance
- Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of environmental management experience in mining industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP No. 22/2020)
- Certification in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) preferred
- Experience with environmental impact assessments (AMDAL) documentation
- Proven ability to manage environmental compliance and remediation projects
- Excellent data analysis skills for environmental monitoring reports
- Strong leadership and cross-departmental coordination abilities
