Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with the Environmental Quality Act (Act 127) and e-SWIS reporting requirements.
- Manage the scheduling, handling, and disposal of scheduled waste in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee HSE operations to ensure a safe working environment for all plant personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of environmental data, emissions, and waste management logs.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for environmental audits and inspections.
- Implement and promote environmental awareness programs within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Certified Environmental Practitioner (CePSWaM) qualification is a strong advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in environmental compliance, waste management, or HSE.
- Familiarity with e-SWIS (Environmental Sector Waste Information System) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
