Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce NEA environmental regulations on construction sites
- Implement and maintain dust, noise, and water pollution control measures
- Conduct daily environmental inspections and prepare compliance reports
- Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective actions
- Train site personnel on environmental best practices
- Manage environmental documentation and permit submissions
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections
Kualifikasi
- Valid Environmental Control Officer Certificate registered with NEA
- Proven experience in Earth Control Measures implementation
- Diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's environmental regulations
- Certification in environmental management systems (EMS)
- Experience with construction site environmental audits
- Ability to prepare NEA compliance documentation
