Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement environmental management plans to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and risk assessments across various operational sites.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments to integrate environmental policies into daily workflows.
- Monitor waste management processes and water/air quality controls to meet national standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Drive internal training programs to promote an organizational culture centered on environmental sustainability.
- Analyze environmental data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in environmental management or industrial compliance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental laws, regulations, and permit requirements (AMDAL, UKL/UPL).
- Proficient in technical reporting and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site safety and environmental management.
