Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks proactively.
- Lead and coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure full compliance with local Malaysian regulations (OSHA), ISO standards, and company safety requirements.
- Deliver engaging safety training programs and toolbox talks to all employees.
- Manage environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste management and energy efficiency programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding safety matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS management within the manufacturing or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and environmental regulations.
- Proven track record in leading safety culture transformation and incident reduction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in EHS software systems and data analysis tools.
