Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive environmental management systems (EMS) across regional network infrastructure sites.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international environmental regulations, permits, and corporate sustainability policies.
- Lead environmental impact assessments (EIA) for new infrastructure rollouts and expansion projects.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate green technologies and sustainable design practices into data centers and network facilities.
- Manage external consultants and vendors to conduct environmental audits, site surveys, and remediation activities.
- Represent the company in environmental regulatory discussions and industry forums to advocate for sustainable infrastructure standards.
- Report on environmental performance metrics, carbon footprints, and energy efficiency targets to global leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in environmental management, preferably within tech or large-scale engineering sectors.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s environmental legislation and international sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Proven track record in managing environmental compliance for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical requirements and executive strategy.
- Certification in relevant professional bodies (e.g., EMS Lead Auditor) is highly advantageous.
