Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management plans to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and environmental audits to identify potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed environmental reports to management and relevant government authorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operational workflows.
- Manage waste disposal, water quality, and soil erosion control measures on-site.
- Organize environmental awareness training programs for staff and contractors.
- Respond to and investigate environmental incidents, providing clear solutions and corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in environmental monitoring or management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Environmental Quality Act and related regulations.
- Proven ability to prepare technical documentation and compliance reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and environmental monitoring software.
- Willingness to be based in Cameron Highlands and conduct fieldwork as required.
- Professional certification in safety or environmental management (NIOSH/DOSH) is an added advantage.
