Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations
- Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) and sustainability policies
- Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections of Subway facilities
- Investigate environmental incidents and non-compliance issues with corrective action plans
- Lead waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation initiatives
- Prepare and submit environmental impact reports to regulatory bodies
- Train staff on environmental procedures and sustainability best practices
- Collaborate with operations teams to integrate eco-friendly solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental compliance or sustainability roles
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine environmental laws (DENR, EMB regulations)
- Certification in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in environmental data analysis
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities
- Project management experience for sustainability initiatives
- Valid professional driver's license (for site visits)
